Respect & Conduct
- Insults, exploitation, corruption, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate sanctions.
- Respect everyone, regardless of rank or seniority.
- Do not contact staff members directly — submit requests through the proper channels.
- No spamming — patience is required. Staff decisions are final; public protests are not allowed.
- Illegal, NSFW, or dangerous content = permanent ban.

Payments & Refunds
Payment Method
- Payments accepted only via PayPal (Friends & Family) with no attached message.
Refunds & Pricing
- No refunds, except when an issue is clearly our fault.
- Prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Attempted fraud = immediate ban.
- If you fail to pay on time, the order will be cancelled automatically.
- Payment errors or incorrect amounts: no support provided.
Automatic Renewals
- Discord may automatically renew subscriptions if you do not cancel them before the renewal date.

Promotions, Sales & Resale
Self-Promotion
- Self-promotion and unauthorized advertising are prohibited and will lead to a final ban.
Selling Rules
- Only slot owners may sell or offer services within the server.
- Promotions (discounts, trials, gifts) may become paid if not cancelled before the promotion ends.
Resale & Sharing
- Resale, sharing, or unauthorized exchange of our products is strictly forbidden and will result in sanctions.
- Limited offers must be respected. Non-compliance = automatic cancellation.

Rules & Guarantees
General Conditions
- Leaving the server (including KAYROZA or related servers) voids any active warranty.
- Copying our content (text, rules, name, etc.) = ban + public exposure.
- Rules may change at any time without prior notice.
- Repeated violations = final blacklist.
Warranty Scope
- Warranty applies only to legal products that follow our procedures. Illegal products carry no warranty of any kind.

Discord Nitro — Specific Terms
Coverage & Requirements
- Limited warranty: only one revocation is covered per order.
- A video of the invoice is mandatory for delivery or proof — without it there is no guarantee.
Restrictions
- Stacking is prohibited: combining multiple Nitro credits cancels the warranty.
- Claims must be filed using the official form only.
- Regeneration requests require a link active for 15–20 hours; otherwise they will be refused.
Account & Reporting
- No warranty if Discord blocks account access.
- Report issues within 24 hours or the claim will be refused.
- Payment errors = no support.
- Warranty applies to Nitro gifts only — not to user Discord accounts.
- Abuse, fraud, or link manipulation = immediate exclusion.
